Maureen Bock
Oregon DOT
Office of Innovation Manager
Maureen Bock was the business implementation manager for Oregon's road usage charge program established by Senate Bill 810, which was passed in 2013. She transitioned to managing the program that she established. "Go live" was July 1, 2015, when the group started accepting volunteers. With that transition, comes a new title, "OReGO Program Manager." Implementing and operating an innovative program requires taking into consideration details that result in a well-executed program. These include compliance with public funds laws, alignment with tax principles, and changes in enabling technology.
